Vayreach is preparing for early access. No paid support tier, service-level agreement, uptime percentage, response-time guarantee or service-credit remedy is currently approved.
Support scope
Support may cover early access, account availability, product questions, privacy, abuse and future billing matters. Security and safety issues may be prioritised according to risk.
Third-party availability
Meta, WhatsApp, hosting and other providers control parts of the delivery path. Vayqube cannot guarantee third-party availability, template review, message delivery or platform approval.
Future commitments
Any production availability target, maintenance notice, severity definitions, support hours, response targets, exclusions and credits must be stated in an approved order or service schedule.
