Scope
Vayreach is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Automation CRM operated by Vayqube Technologies Private Limited. This policy applies to every account, workspace, user, integration, message, file and attempt to use the service.
Prohibited messaging and data
Users must not send unsolicited bulk messages; use purchased, rented or scraped lists; fabricate or misrepresent consent; ignore withdrawals or suppression; collect data unlawfully; or use sensitive or children’s data without required authority and safeguards.
Prohibited content and conduct
Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal content, misleading claims, unlawful regulated goods or services, credential sharing, unauthorized access, tenant-boundary testing without written authorization, platform manipulation and evasion of rate, quality, security or billing controls are prohibited.
Customer safeguards
Customers must maintain accurate sender identity, valid consent evidence, least-privilege access, appropriate templates, complaint handling and prompt opt-out processing. They must follow applicable law, Meta and WhatsApp terms, and restrictions for regulated products or audiences.
Investigation and enforcement
Vayqube may preserve and review relevant records, request evidence, restrict a function, suspend access, report activity where legally required, or terminate service. Action depends on severity, recurrence, recipient harm, legal duties and platform enforcement. An affected customer may provide relevant context through support.
Reporting
Suspected abuse or spam may be reported through the public Abuse and Spam Reporting route or the contact below. Reports should include enough detail to investigate without passwords, tokens or unnecessary identity documents.
