Scope
This policy applies only to charges expressly accepted under an approved Vayreach order. It does not create a price, refund right, promotional credit, service commitment or platform-managed Meta billing arrangement that is absent from that order.
CRM subscription cancellation
A customer may request cancellation through the authenticated support channel or the contact below. Cancellation stops a later renewal according to the notice and effective-date terms in the approved order. Access, export and closure follow the order and retention requirements. Cancellation does not automatically reverse service already supplied or a legally due amount.
WhatsApp usage charges
In DIRECT_META mode, Meta bills the customer directly and Vayqube cannot refund Meta charges. In VAYREACH_MANAGED mode, usage billing applies only when the workspace is expressly enabled under an approved arrangement; any reservation, capture, release or reversal follows the workspace’s approved rate card and commercial policy. Meta acceptance is not recorded as delivery.
Billing errors and refund review
Requests concerning a duplicate collection, failed recharge, incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction or verified service error must identify the workspace, invoice or transaction reference, date, amount and reason. Vayqube reviews ledger and provider evidence and communicates the decision through the verified contact channel. Any mandatory statutory right continues to apply.
Taxes, provider charges and payment method
A refund, when approved or legally required, is returned through the supported payment method or recorded as an auditable reversal. Tax adjustments and third-party charges are handled according to law and provider evidence. A frontend redirect or calculation does not establish successful payment or refund eligibility.
Commercial confirmation required
Vayreach pricing is not currently available for public purchase. A subscription, Service Credit purchase or managed WhatsApp billing arrangement becomes applicable only after the customer accepts the relevant order, pricing, tax and billing terms. Before any charge is collected, the applicable price, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation conditions and supported refund process will be disclosed to the customer. Until those terms are published in an approved order, no broader entitlement is represented by this page.
