Use the form on this page to submit a deletion request. Provide your name, reachable email and phone number, the relevant account, business or workspace identifier, your relationship to it, and the data you want deleted. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, Aadhaar numbers, TOTP secrets or unnecessary identity documents. If the form cannot be used, contact the privacy address below.
Acknowledgement and reference
A valid submission is recorded through the public operational-request service with a VRQ reference ID and begins in identity-verification status. The service attempts to send the reference to the supplied email and reports acknowledgement failure honestly. Keep the reference for follow-up. Submission does not delete data immediately.
Data covered
A verified request may cover website or enquiry records, an account, workspace membership, uploaded contacts, consent or suppression-related personal data, templates, campaigns, conversations, message content and metadata made available through the connected business account, automation activity, support records and connected Meta or WhatsApp business identifiers, subject to authority and lawful exceptions.
Status and completion
The operational workflow records status history and supports identity verification, workspace review, active review, waiting for requester, resolution, rejection or cancellation. Status questions and completion communication use the verified contact channel and the VRQ reference. No Meta callback or public request-status endpoint is represented by this page.
Lawful retention and backups
Vayqube may retain data required for tax, ledger integrity, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigation, legal claims, suppression or a legal hold. Deleted active data may remain in access-restricted backups until overwritten through the controlled backup cycle and is not restored for ordinary use. If an exception applies, the response identifies the affected category and reason to the extent permitted.
Escalation and contact
Use the VRQ reference when escalating a deletion request to the privacy contact. A grievance may also be raised through the Privacy and Data Rights Request route.
