Permission before outreach
Before initiating WhatsApp outreach, a customer must have the recipient’s number and valid permission for the identified business, channel, purpose and message category. A purchase, enquiry or available phone number does not by itself authorize marketing.
Consent evidence
Customers must preserve the recipient identifier, sending business, notice or text version, purpose, source, affirmative action, captured time, current status and withdrawal time. Website marketing consent and WhatsApp opt-in are separate records.
Message rules
Senders must identify the business, use an approved template where required, match content to the consented purpose, validate template variables and follow conversation-window, quality, rate and category requirements. Service and authentication content must not be used to disguise marketing.
Opt-out and suppression
Every message program must provide an understandable way to stop messages. Customers must promptly record clear withdrawals, stop the withdrawn purpose and respect user, complaint, invalid-number, workspace, platform and legal suppression. A suppressed recipient may be contacted again only after a valid new permission where law and the suppression reason allow it.
Lists, monitoring and complaints
Purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise unauthorized lists are prohibited. Customers must monitor blocks, complaints, failures and quality signals; investigate defects; correct audience data; and cooperate with Vayqube and platform reviews.
Platform independence and contact
Vayreach is independent and is not represented as affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Meta or WhatsApp unless expressly confirmed in writing.
