Depending on applicable law and context, requests may concern access or information, correction, updating, erasure, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, grievance review or account closure.
Customer-controlled information
If a Vayreach business customer controls the requested contact or messaging data, Vayqube may forward the request to, seek instructions from or coordinate with that customer. This helps avoid disclosing or deleting data without authority.
Verification and minimisation
Provide only enough information to locate and verify the relevant record. Do not send credentials, authentication tokens, Aadhaar numbers or unrelated identification through the initial form. Additional verification will be requested securely only if necessary.
Submission status
The public form can be enabled only after server-side validation, protected persistence, rate limiting, reference IDs, acknowledgement email and staff workflow are configured. Until then, submit through the company contact below.
