The inspected product does not implement a live subscription checkout, payment gateway, wallet recharge, credit ledger or per-message deduction. Service Credits and Razorpay are described as planned only.
Required breakdown
Any future offer must separately disclose subscription fees, Vayreach usage charges, Meta or WhatsApp charges, taxes, recharge credits, promotional credits, ledger entries, low or negative balance handling, currency, rounding and invoice availability.
Unresolved charging decisions
Credit expiry, minimum recharge, refund eligibility, charging point, failed-message treatment, Meta price changes, GST handling, renewal and upgrade or downgrade behaviour are not approved. These are release blockers for billing.
Disputes and termination
An approved process must explain transaction evidence, billing-error review, chargebacks, account suspension, termination balances, export of ledger history and treatment of unused or promotional value.
