Retention principle
Vayqube intends to retain data only as long as needed for the stated service, security, contract and legal purposes. Exact production periods are not configured and are release blockers rather than implied promises.
Categories requiring an approved schedule
Separate periods and deletion events are required for account and profile data; workspaces; uploaded contacts; message content and metadata; templates and campaigns; consent records; suppression and opt-out evidence; authentication, security and audit logs; support records; billing and tax records; backups; abuse and fraud records; deleted-account data; and Meta-provided data.
Closure and deletion
An approved schedule must define export availability, administrator-initiated deletion, individual requests, workspace closure, inactive accounts and deletion from primary systems. Some evidence may be restricted instead of erased while a dispute, security investigation or legal duty applies.
Backups and legal preservation
Backup cycles, restoration access and deletion from backups are not configured. Deletion may complete in active systems before aging out of protected backups. Billing, tax, fraud, incident and dispute records may require limited preservation.
Suppression records
A minimal record of an opt-out or block may need to remain so the person is not re-imported or messaged again. It must not be repurposed for marketing.
