Email the privacy contact with your full name, email, relevant phone number, relationship to Vayreach, workspace or company if relevant, request type and sufficient details. Confirm that the information supplied is accurate. Do not send passwords, tokens, Aadhaar numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
Reference and acknowledgement
A production web form must create a non-guessable reference, persist a private case record and send an acknowledgement. That workflow is not configured in this repository, so the company email is the operative request channel and the missing case backend is a release blocker.
Verification and handling
Vayqube may verify identity, phone or email control, and authority to act for a workspace. A customer may control the data, in which case Vayqube may coordinate the request with that customer. Status and any lawful retention exception will be communicated through the verified contact channel.
